Key Skills and Qualifications: Board Certification as a CRNAValid North Carolina State licenseMinimum of 1-2 years of CRNA experience (no new graduates)Current ACLS and PALS certificationsAbility to float between multiple departments and locationsFlexibility to work full-time shifts with no consecutive daysStrong clinical skills across general, ortho, gyn, ENT/eyes, vascular, thoracic, heart, neuro, and trauma anesthesiaProficiency with Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring systemsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsNice to Have Skills: Experienced in pediatric, neuro, or vascular anesthesiaPrior work with EPIC EMR systemAbility to quickly adapt to different anesthesia equipment and patient populationsPreferred Education and Experience: Active practice in a hospital setting with substantial anesthesia casesRelevant certifications and licenses in North CarolinaOther Requirements: Willingness to work day shifts (7AM - 3PM)Ability to be flexible with scheduling, including occasional floating to different departmentsCredentialing period of 60-90 daysNo travel required; on-site work onlyThis is a fantastic chance to earn competitive hourly pay of $202.80, with opportunities for overtime at 1.5x the regular rate on holidays and after hours.
