Well known Electrical Company is hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Riviera Beach, FL Assist Warehouse & Purchasing Managers with receiving, storing and distribution of material, tools, equipment and products within the Company Warehouse by performing the following duties: salary: $17 - $18 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Assist Warehouse & Purchasing Managers with receiving, storing and distribution of material, tools, equipment and products within the Company Warehouse by performing the following duties: Essential Functions: Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Assist in the hands on management of the processes of receiving and dispatching of goods from the warehouse. Data entry into ComputerEase material requests from field personnel. Including material pull lists (inventory adjustments) and purchase orders for inventory and Service Department. Data entry into ComputerEase material returns from field personnel to Inventory. Receive POD of material received against purchase order in ComputerEase (Except Lot Purchase Orders). Print purchase orders with balance remaining (back order) for follow up and add information on Company calendar. Notify Warehouse Manager of inventory back orders and Project Managers/Field Personnel, via email or telephone, of any back orders and status. Moving materials and items from storage or receiving areas to staging or other designated areas (pull material orders) when needed. Ensure that all incoming material/deliveries are checked and verified for accuracy. Ensure that all material received is put away in designated locations (stock or job staging). Assist in the scheduling of will call and jobsite deliveries. The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes working in a non-temperature controlled environment manual lifting up to 50lbs standing for 6 hours at one time Skills Lifting Inventory Auditing Staging Scheduling Data Entry Shipping and Receiving Qualifications Years of experience: 3 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
