Job Title: Warehouse AssociateLocation: Miami, FL Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor/Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Unload, label, and store goods in appropriate locations. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular cycle counts. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided if needed). Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles. Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Basic math and computer skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain). Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software. Work Environment: Physically demanding role, involving lifting, bending, and standing. May work in varying temperatures depending on warehouse location.
