Warehouse Associate (3rd shift - Part Time)

General Warehouse Associate (Sortation)Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday | 4:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. Hours: 20 hours per week (Note: Shifts may extend slightly; staying until the daily sort is finished is required). Pay Rate: $17.50/hr Location: Elkridge, MD Experience: Entry level, 1-2 years, 5+ Years Looking for the "early bird" types who thrive in a fast-paced environment! We are currently seeking three (3) dedicated individuals to join our team as General Warehouse Associates. This role is the backbone of our morning operations, ensuring that freight is sorted accurately and efficiently so our delivery teams can hit the road on time. General Laborer job duties: Receive & Unload: Efficiently receive incoming deliveries and unload freight from trailers. Pallet Breakdown: Break down pallets and organize inventory for processing. Route Sortation: Sort freight and inventory into specific routes and lanes for box trucks and delivery vans. Facility Upkeep: Perform general warehouse duties, including maintaining a clean and safe workspace. General Laborer Requirements include: Attention to Detail: Strong aptitude for reading labels and accurately placing freight in designated lanes. Equipment Proficiency: Experience using (or ability to quickly learn) RF scanners and manual pallet jacks. Reliability: Ability to commit to the 4:30 a.m. start time and remain on-site until all daily sortation tasks are completed. Physical Stamina: Capability to handle manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for the duration of the shift.
