The Role We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support the organization and day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, efficient workspace and can work both independently and as part of a team. What You’ll Do Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and materials Assist with general warehouse cleanup and upkeep Operate a forklift to move and reorganize materials safely Receive and store incoming inventory Ensure products are properly labeled and stored Follow directions while also making sound, independent decisions Support overall warehouse efficiency and workflow Requirements What We’re Looking For Prior warehouse experience preferred Forklift certification required Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities Benefits Why Join Roma Tile & Marble Family-owned company with a strong local reputation Competitive hourly rate of $19-$25 depending on experience Stable, long-standing business in Syracuse Hands-on role with opportunity to make a direct impact Supportive team environment
