Your Day at Lowe's Your primary tasks will include keeping shelves replenished, organizing the backroom, unloading freight, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You may also assist customers in locating or loading products. Expect your shifts to be physically active, with flexible scheduling to meet the store's needs. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering project support. Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets. Support store operations by verifying deliveries and using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts. Ensure a safe environment by following safety procedures for hazardous materials and equipment use. Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra phones, balers, and other tools as needed. Collaborate as a team player to complete additional tasks as assigned. Additional Responsibilities for Pro Fulfillment Stores: Utilize the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders. Load delivery orders, ensuring quality and safe loading practices. Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve order discrepancies. Communicate proactively with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Implement Delivery Readiness best practices. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience to meet this requirement. Preferred Qualifications 3 months of experience operating forklifts or power equipment. 6 months of experience in warehouse inventory handling and stocking.
