Job Description Warehouse Associate Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Location: New Britain, CT Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and inventory operations for a busy facility in New Britain, CT. This role is responsible for receiving, stocking, and distributing materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the workspace remains organized and efficient. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips and purchase orders Stock materials in designated storage locations while maintaining proper organization Pick and prepare materials for internal distribution throughout the facility Maintain accurate inventory records using computer-based systems and office applications Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storeroom environment Assist with general warehouse and materials handling tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or storeroom experience Comfortable using computers and basic office applications for inventory tracking and documentation Experience operating a pallet jack safely Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift, push, or move items weighing 25 lbs or more Dependable with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment INDA
