Warehouse - Order Selector

Warehouse - Order Selector Job Responsibilities: - Select customer orders from warehouse shelves or racks - Read work orders, product sheets, or computer printouts to determine items to be included in customer shipments - Scan bar codes or compare product names or numbers on shelves to those required for orders - Gather products and fill orders within specified time limits - Verify that correct products and quantities have been collected before shipping Skills Required: - Strong attention to detail - Ability to read and interpret documents - Good problem-solving skills - Ability to remain focused and work at a fast pace while accurately fulfilling orders - Comfort working in a warehouse environment Summary: Shiping about 100 parcels per day. No lifting over 25lbs. Must have good computer skills. Will use RF Scanners - basic shipping software knowledge is a plus. Temperature controlled environment. Will use pallet jack. Will be required to complete general clean-up task daily - sweeping warehouse, emptying trash, making boxes for next day shipments. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $18.00
