Description: Verify part number and quantities for AER shipments at Mopar Source PDCs Physically count each part contained within a shipping unit Compare audited numbers & quantities to actual AER order Communicate any discrepancies to PDC management to ensure appropriate quantities are shipped Identify any obvious part damage Validate trailer number trailer seal number - or Pro number for T-Force shipments Shipping Unit number Electronic tracking Electronic format will be used to document each part number and corresponding quantity Discrepancies and Damage will be documented Computer or tablet will be provided Additional 1. Will go to multiple PDCs in Michigan a. Warren b. Sherwood Ave (Warren) c. Centerline Services/Deliverables Physically count the quantity of each part number in a shipping unit and document the totals in the electronic format provided. Validate that numbers align with ordered quantities. Notify PDC management of any discrepancies. Document any obvious part damage and notify PDC management.
