About This Office Dental Hygienist - Full TimeAdvanced Dental Health Center - Nashville, TN Advanced Dental Health Center is excited to welcome a full-time Dental Hygienist to our compassionate and energetic team in beautiful Nashville, TN. We are open to both experienced hygienists and new graduates who are eager to grow in a collaborative, patientfirst environment. Schedule Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Responsibilities Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and a positive experience at every visit. Perform routine dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, oral cancer screenings, and radiographs. Review and update patient medical histories and discuss oralhealthrelated findings with patients. Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and treatment recommendations. Maintain strict compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards. Collaborate closely with the doctor and dental team to ensure an efficient, supportive clinical workflow. Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the practice software. Qualifications Active Tennessee Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license or the ability to obtain one by the start date. New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patientcentered mindset. Experience with Outlook Email, Excel, Dentrix, Microsoft Office, and similar programs is a plus-but not required.
