Your Day at Lowe's You will maintain organized shelves and backrooms by unloading freight, moving products to the sales floor, and ensuring a clean workspace. Helping customers find or load products will also be part of your daily tasks. Most shifts demand physical activity, including overnight hours. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and answering questions. Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets. Support store operations with delivery verifications and equipment use like pallet jacks and forklifts. Keep the environment safe and clean by following procedures for hazardous materials and equipment use. Utilize store equipment, such as scanners and tools as needed. Collaborate as a team player to complete additional assigned tasks. Additional Responsibilities for Pro Fulfillment Stores include: Utilize the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders. Ensure quality and accuracy when loading delivery orders. Implement best practices for Delivery Readiness. Resolve customer order issues proactively and maintain communication regarding delivery satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications 3 months of experience operating forklift or similar equipment. 6 months of experience in a warehouse handling inventory and stocking.
