As a Forklift Operator and Warehouse Dockworker, you will play a critical role in the efficient loading and unloading of freight, ensuring that our customers receive their shipments accurately and on time. Job Responsibilities: Efficiently load and unload freight using forklifts and pallet jacks while adhering to safety guidelines. Safely secure freight within trailers to prevent damage during transport. Monitor shipment locations using our Dock Yard Management System. Read and interpret shipping labels and complete necessary documentation. Perform quality checks to ensure accurate loading of trailers. Communicate effectively with service center personnel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of safe lifting and transporting procedures. Experience with freight transportation is a plus. Ability to operate a handheld tablet for tracking shipments. Willingness to work varying shifts to accommodate customer schedules. Physical Requirements: Stand and walk for extended periods on various surfaces. Lift and move freight weighing up to 100 lbs. Perform repetitive motions such as bending, reaching, and grasping. Work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures. Why Join Us?
