Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: Cudahy, WI Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Job Type: Temp-to-Hire / Full-Time Opportunity Shift: 1st Shift Job Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join a growing warehouse team in Cudahy, WI. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in a warehouse environment and grow within a company. The role involves assisting with general warehouse operations including material handling, order preparation, and maintaining an organized work area. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing physical tasks throughout the shift. Key Responsibilities Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the warehouse. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Receive incoming materials and help organize inventory in designated storage areas. Safely push, pull, and transport materials using carts, pallet jacks, or other equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies. Support other warehouse functions as needed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation to and from work. Physical Requirements Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
