Job Title: Precision Assembler Job DescriptionJoin a leading manufacturing company specializing in the joining of dissimilar materials, including electrical feedthroughs and opto-electronic windows. As a Precision Assembler, you will play a critical role in producing small, precision metallic and ceramic components for medical, defense, and industrial applications.Responsibilities Assemble parts according to work instructions and process procedures. Carry out daily and weekly tasks efficiently. Assist in troubleshooting and consult with experts when necessary. Ensure a high level of on-time delivery and first-time quality. Maintain a safe and clean working area. Participate in required company training sessions. Essential Skills At least 1 year of production experience in small part assembly. Proficiency with microscopes, particularly in aerospace, electronic, or medical device industries. Ability to read and write in English. Capability to read and interpret SOPs, blueprints, instructions, and schematics. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in medical device assembly and cleanroom environments. The position follows a 1st shift, 4/10 schedule from 5am to 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with potential for overtime.
