Warehouse Associate 1st Shift

Twin City Staffing is seeking a motivated warehouse associate to join a growing team in Minneapolis. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient order fulfillment. Location: Minneapolis, MN Wage: $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday Benefits of the warehouse associate: Health, dental, and vision insurance Life, critical, and disability insurance HSA and FSA 401(k) retirement plan Pay increases and corporate bonuses Tuition reimbursement Career growth opportunities Great workplace culture including company events Duties of the warehouse associate: Operate a sit-down forklift to move stock and load/unload trucks Inspect incoming shipments and verify receipts against packing lists Interpret Work Orders for 100% accuracy in shipping requirements Pull stock from inventory using product descriptions and part numbers Repackage bulk products and apply accurate shipping labels Prepare bills of lading, packing slips, and other carrier documents Use inventory and shipping software to track order data Requirements of the warehouse associate: High School Diploma with 6+ months of related experience Ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift (certification provided) Strong basic math skills (fractions, decimals, and units of measure) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory software Ability to stand for the shift and frequently lift up to 70 lbs.
