Job Title: Conveyor Bearing AssemblerJob Description Join our team to build conveyor bearings by hand for various markets using a variety of hand and power tools. Ensure the correct parts and components are used for creating assemblies, label, and prepare products for shipment, and assist with machine operation duties as required. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety. Responsibilities Assemble conveyor bearings using hand and power tools. Verify the correct parts and components are used for assemblies. Label and prepare products for shipment. Assist with machine operation duties as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Essential Skills At least one year of experience in a manufacturing or production setting. Mechanical inclination and experience with machine operation. Ability to read a tape measure. Attention to detail, especially when dealing with small parts. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Comfortable working with small parts and components. Ability to lift up to 50lbs throughout the shift. Enjoy three paid ten-minute breaks and a half-hour unpaid lunch. Overtime is very rare. Join a small company with about 15 employees on the floor, working with older equipment/machines in a non-climate-controlled environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
