Job Description: The Assembly Contractor is responsible for assembling products using hand tools and manufacturing equipment while following documented procedures and quality standards. The role includes performing visual inspections, identifying non-conforming parts, maintaining productivity targets, and working within a clean room environment while following safety and quality guidelines. Requirement/Must Have: High school diploma or equivalent. bility to read drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Good hand and eye coordination. Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, data entry, and email. bility to work in a clean room environment and wear required PPE. Experience: Prior manufacturing related experience. Experience using hand tools and manufacturing equipment for product assembly. Experience following detailed procedures and quality standards. Experience working in team environments with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: Wear required PPE including smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses during shift duties. Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products following documented procedures. Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings to ensure product accuracy and quality. Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality. Identify non-conforming parts and follow documented procedures for handling them. Meet manufacturing output requirements while maintaining high quality standards. Work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals. Maintain strong attention to detail while performing repetitive assembly tasks. Use computer systems for data entry, documentation, and communication. Maintain clear written and verbal communication with team members and supervisors. Should Have: bility to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail. bility to sit for extended periods while completing assembly tasks. Strong attendance and reliability record. bility to work extended schedules including overtime when required. Skills: Product assembly and manufacturing operations.
