Adaptable and willing to take on various responsibilities Stay active, on your feet, and lift 50 pounds Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary Warehouse Clerk responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations in a small company environment Perform order fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment Handle returns processing, receiving, and restocking of inventory Load and unload products from containers manually and with sit-down and stand-up forklifts (approximately 10% forklift use) Process shipping activities and ensure accurate documentation and inventory handling Use computers and Microsoft Excel to track inventory, work orders, and warehouse activity Communicate with customers by phone regarding orders, returns, and general inquiries Coordinate closely with the internal sales team to provide updates on work order status and warehouse progress Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Demonstrate strong dependability and accountability as the main warehouse point of contact Why This Role?
