This is 3rd shift with occasional swing shifts and weekendsThe Warehouse Supervisor contributes to the success of PepsiCo by supervising the day-to-day warehouse operations. Responsibilities include cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for an entire business unit across one shift. The Warehouse Supervisor coordinates the receiving, shipping, and material handling responsibilities in the warehouse by supporting the front-line staff. Responsibilities As Warehouse Supervsior you are responsible for leading warehouse operations to ensure the efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods. This role drives operational excellence by optimizing inventory levels, improving material flow, minimizing costs, and delivering exceptional service to internal partners, particularly Sales and Production. The Manager develops and leads frontline teams, drives continuous improvement, and ensures safe, compliant, and high-performing warehouse operations. This includes managing the receiving and delivery of raw materials/finished products in a timely manner. Key Responsabilities Utilize docks, warehouse layout, and route truck loading patterns that minimize loading time Ensure the optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needs Provide timely service to sales department while minimizing warehouse and production costs Maintain the inventory system to aid in production scheduling Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards and training Identify and execute productivity opportunities to help facility meet annual operating plan Administer policies and procedures Regular and predictable attendance at the work site Working hours Monday-Friday: Off-shift with possible Swing Shifts This role requires regular presence on the site floor This role requires lifting up to 40 lbs. occasionally This role requires occasional work in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow This role may operate forklift and manufacturing equipment occasionally This role may require off-shift and weekend work This role may require some travel (less than 5%) Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,900 - $111,950. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
