The Warehouse Lead Associate role requires a strong safety mindset and the ability to set an example for a culture of safety excellence and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 7:00 am until finished. You will: Train new selectors on the selection process Train warehouse employees and others regarding safety-related issues Audit pallets and work Assist with loading, inspecting, and ensuring proper load quality. Collaborate with the supervisor to cover the desk when necessary Investigate incidents, accidents, and work-related injuries Prepare and submit accident-related compliance forms and maintain files Develop various safety reports and cost-saving recommendations Develop employees engaged in safety, training, and/or compliance processes. You have: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent 3 years of Warehouse Distribution experience Double Electric Pallet Jack experience Sit-Down and Stand-Up Forklift experience RF Scanner experience preferred High school diploma, GED, or equivalent About Imperial Dade!
