You'll keep materials moving safely and accurately to ensure smooth production and on-time orders.What you'll do Receive, sort, and store materials; maintain accurate inventory.Loading/unloading of trailersPut Away or Pulling of materials to and from warehouse rackingSupply production with materials neededPick/pack orders to spec; stage outbound shipments.Operate warehouse equipment (reach truck/stand-up forklift, pallet jacks) per safety protocols.Keep aisles, racks, and staging areas organized and audit-ready.Use basic WMS tools for transactions and tracking. Required qualifications 1+ year of verified reach truck (stand-up forklift) experience - required.Proven record of safe equipment operation and adherence to SOPs.Attention to detail; accurate counting, labeling, and documentation.Ability to lift/move items up to 50 lbs. occasionally and be on your feet during 12-hour shifts.Experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment Nice to have Familiarity with warehouse management software/use of RF Scanner/basic computer knowledge-emailProblem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Work ScheduleRotational 12-hour shifts | 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off Day shift: 6 AM – 6 PMNight shift: 6 PM – 6 AM (preference given to night candidates) CompensationStarting pay is $20.96 - $21.40 per hour. Team Members working the Night shift will qualify for an additional 6% shift differential.
