If interested in this Forklift Driver position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration Brittney Blackman | | text 5867107970 FORKLIFT DRIVER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Parkway Four Oaks NC 27524 – 100% on-site Payrate: $18/hr Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m FORKLIFT DRIVER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Forklift Driver will be responsible for moving materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility using various equipment. You will work within clearly defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines to support logistics and production needs. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates FORKLIFT DRIVER | RESPONSIBILITIES: Material Handling: Operate a variety of equipment including forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to transport goods. Operational Tasks: Complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps within a metrics-driven environment. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of material movements as required. Safety & Quality: Adhere strictly to quality guidelines and safety protocols; work under general to limited supervision. Communication: Effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. FORKLIFT DRIVER | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. Forklift experience required 1+ year of warehouse experience or related training. Basic computer skills and the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Ability to read, write, and comprehend documents written in English. Steel-toed shoes are required. Candidates must be flexible to work overtime hours based on business needs. Physical Demands & Work Environment Physical Effort: Regularly required to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, reach, and lift. Must be able to lift and/or move over 50 lbs. Environment: Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vibration. Climate: The warehouse is subject to seasonal temperature changes (hot in summer/no AC, cold in winter/limited heating).
