Key ResponsibilitiesReceive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damage. Accurately record all incoming and outgoing inventory using the company's inventory management system. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products according to customer orders and shipping specifications. Coordinate with carriers for pickup and delivery of goods, ensuring timely and efficient transportation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area. Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits. Process shipping documents, bills of lading, and other required paperwork. Communicate with internal departments (e.g., production, purchasing) regarding inventory levels and shipment status.
