What We Offer: Starting pay of $19 per hour based on experience First Shift | 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunities for career advancement Referral bonus program What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED Experience with food handling Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and project management abilities Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme cold (freezer environment) Ability to bend, stoop, crawl, and twist as needed What You'll Do as a Warehouse Team Member: Maintain warehouse cleanliness and sanitation standards Ensure efficient and accurate movement of products throughout the facility Unload inbound shipments and load outbound trucks according to company policies and weight restrictions Properly stage products to support efficient loading procedures Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks Maintain food safety standards at all times Operate scanners and warehouse technology accurately Enter data correctly into systems Process product acceptance and returns according to company policies Perform additional tasks as assigned
