Job Description Key Responsibilities - Light Industrial Superintendent Lead all daily field operations and ensure work is performed safely and efficiently Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain schedule alignment Conduct daily site walks, quality control checks, and progress documentation Run onsite meetings with project owners, inspectors, and internal teams Maintain a clean, organized jobsite that reflects company standards Resolve field issues quickly to keep projects moving forward Review drawings, identify conflicts, and coordinate solutions Track material deliveries and ensure accurate installation Enforce company safety programs and conduct toolbox talks Support project closeout, punch lists, and turnover MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
