Together, we champion continuous innovation and collaboration in our shared mission to redefine senior care across the country.Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician's Assistantto join our team in our Hollywood, FL office. As a Travel Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician's Assistant, you will provide on-site care to residents in long-term care settings as well as provide comprehensive primary care services via telehealth to a diverse patient population. Additionally, you will assume quality management responsibilities to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesTravel to Long Term facilities to provide in-person careProvide high-quality telehealth primary care services to patients in accordance with clinical guidelinesConduct virtual assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needsManage chronic diseases and acute conditions through telemedicine platformsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient careMaintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with documentation standards.Assist with quality management (QM) initiatives, including compliance audits, clinical evaluations, and outcome trackingEnsure adherence to regulatory guidelines and clinical protocolsProvide guidance and support to healthcare team members regarding best practices and performance improvement initiativesRequirementsActive and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician licenseState-specific license in good standing in FloridaMinimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facilityStrong leadership, communication, and team-building skillsIn-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes in long-term careAbility to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to enhance patient care and facility operationsExperience in telehealth or virtual care settings (preferred but not required)Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient engagement skillsProficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and telehealth technologyMust be open to traveling 100% of the time nationwideNationwide travel will be required when not in officeBenefitsCompetitive salary: $150,000 - $200,000HealthDentalVision401KCompany-Sponsored Life InsurancePaid Time OffMalpractice InsurancePaid subscription to Up-to-dateWhy Work With Us?Make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniorsWork in a collaborative, mission-driven environmentEnjoy work-life balanceEqual Opportunity EmployerInfinite Medical P.C is an equal-opportunity employer.
