Join Allied Universal at a dynamic commercial real estate location as an unarmed patrol officer, helping to monitor assigned areas through routine patrols, a visible presence, and responsive customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. * Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate communication channels. * Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. * Monitor the location for maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations, and communicate observations to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership as appropriate. Minimum Requirements: * Be at least 21 years of age. * A guard card and/or license is preferred. * Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. * Customer service experience is preferred. * CPR certification is preferred. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
