This role is ideal for a B2B sales pro who understands workforce challenges across departments and thrives on creating custom staffing solutions that solve real business problems. What Youll Do: ? Identify and engage new clients across industrial, transportation, and clerical sectors ? Build trusted relationships with HR professionals and hiring managers ? Present tailored staffing strategies to help clients scale their teams effectively ? Own the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to deal close ? Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure exceptional service and placements ? Hit and exceed sales goals through cold outreach, networking, and in-person visits What You Bring: ? 2+ years of outside B2B sales experiencestaffing or workforce services a big plus ? Confidence selling into multiple departmentsfront office, back office, and operations ? Strong communication, consultative selling, and closing skills ?
