Job Title: Assembler - First Shift Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Assembler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with hand tools, reading order documents, and performing accurate measurements to ensure high-quality assembly work. Responsibilities: Assemble products and components according to work orders and specifications. Read and interpret Bill of Materials (BOMs), SKUs, and order documents. Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers and other assembly equipment. Verify measurements and ensure accuracy in product assembly. Utilize basic computer skills, including Excel, for data entry and documentation. Prepare and label packages for shipment, including FedEx processing. Maintain organization and cleanliness in the work area. Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times.Qualifications: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (bilingual preferred). Basic computer proficiency; comfortable using Excel and digital tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of hand tools and basic mechanical assembly. Basic math and measurement skills. Experience handling shipping tasks (FedEx preferred). Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Shift: Full-time, First Shift - Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
