Assembler II / Working Lead Job Duties and Requirements: Performs electro-mechanical assembly tasks using a variety of hand and power tools. Leads by example in daily operations, assisting with task prioritization and training team members. Ensures quality standards are met and completes all required forms and documentation. Communicates effectively with other teams to resolve issues and maintain productivity. Requires 1-3 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with a variety of tools.
