Assembler

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will assist with assembling products on the production line while working alongside a dedicated team to ensure quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM Pay: Starting at $18.50 per hour, with the opportunity to increase to $21.00 per hour after the hire-in period Responsibilities Follow verbal and written instructions accurately Operate assigned equipment safely and efficiently Use measuring tools as needed Perform assembly tasks while standing for extended periods Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly Maintain attention to detail and follow safety procedures Work effectively in a fast-paced production environment Be flexible to work overtime as needed Complete other duties as assigned Required Experience Recent manufacturing experience Stable work history Skills & Competencies Self-motivated and dependable Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Adaptable in a fast-paced work environment Flexible and able to work overtime when needed Work Environment Non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, reach overhead, and stand for extended periods If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
