Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Join our premier healthcare team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care across a diverse and challenging spectrum of surgical and procedural settings. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a Level I Trauma designated hospital with a broad case mix, including trauma, neuro, spine, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB/GYN, pediatric, and orthopedic procedures. Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians in a dynamic environment that values expertise, professionalism, and compassionate care. Required Skills: Valid PA RN license and CRNA certificationProficient in GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, US techniquesACLS and PALS certificationsAt least 2 years of recent clinical anesthesia experienceAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamStrong communication and critical-thinking skillsNice to Have Skills: Experience with epidural procedures without doctor presentPrior exposure to trauma or high-acuity casesFamiliarity with Epic EMR systemFlexibility to adapt to varying shift schedulesPreferred Education and Experience: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited programActive PA license in good standingDemonstrated ability to manage complex and diverse patient populationsOther Requirements: Availability for scheduled shifts, including day shifts and overnight rotations (7p-7a) as neededCredentialing process expected to take approximately 90 days, with expedited approval available upon leadership consentMust adhere to hospital policies and safety standardsThis position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $229.11, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick leave, and other reimbursements related to licensure, certification, and travel when applicable.
