Responsibilities Job description: Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time Day Shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) Join a team where compassionate care meets career growth! In this role, you'll provide exceptional patient care, support recovery, and help foster a safe, healing environment. What You'll Do * Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to deliver the highest quality care * Observe and interpret symptoms, reporting them clearly to physicians * Collaborate with healthcare team members to create individualized patient care plans * Perform routine nursing procedures (vital signs, injections, charting, etc.) * Administer and adjust medications and treatments according to physician orders * Maintain a clean, safe environment by sanitizing equipment, preparing beds, and ensuring facility hygiene * Provide immediate, effective care during emergencies * Supervise and mentor LPNs and Mental Health Technicians * Offer compassionate support to patients and their families * Expand your skills through ongoing workshops, training, and professional development Who You Are * A well‑trained, responsible RN who can deliver excellent nursing care with minimal supervision * Compassionate, patient, and cool‑tempered in all situations * Committed to following health and safety guidelines and best practices * Passionate about educating patients and families on healthy habits and prevention Shift Details * Full-Time Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM * Work with a supportive, team‑oriented staff that values collaboration and excellence If you're ready to make a meaningful impact while advancing your nursing career, we're excited to learn more about you! Qualifications Skills: * Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures * Excellent knowledge of emergency care * In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times * A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Responsible and compassionate * Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills * Proven experience as a registered nurse * BS or other diploma from a nursing program * Valid nursing license with at least 1 year if RN experience, preferably in psych or in an acute care setting
