70–$75/hr | Flexible schedule | Fridays optional Looking for a hygiene position that prioritizes quality care, realistic scheduling, and strong support? This is a non-accelerated hygiene role designed to allow you to practice thoughtfully, stay on time, and truly connect with your patients. You’ll work in a modern, supportive environment with the tools, assistance, and time you need to provide excellent care—without feeling rushed. Schedule Preferred Days: Monday–Thursday Hours: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM Lunch: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM We are open to discussing part-time options and Fridays Hygiene Model & Support 1-hour hygiene appointments Non-accelerated schedule focused on quality, not quantity Dedicated hygiene assistant to help keep you on time and assist with: Perio charting Room turnover X-rays and other clinical needs Air polisher and diode laser available All training provided —no prior laser or air polisher experience required Compensation & Benefits $70/hour base pay Medical & Vision Insurance In-house dental benefits Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay 401(k) with company match Uniform allowance & CE allowance.
