Join Our Team and Enjoy a $5000 Sign On Bonus! We are seeking a talented Dental Hygienist to deliver exceptional preventive care in a modern studio environment. Our employees in various locations, including Post Office Square, Fenway, Kendall Square, and South Boston, enjoy a competitive hourly rate and monthly performance bonuses tied to outstanding clinical achievements. Our top Hygienists earn up to $73/hour by combining base pay with bonus opportunities. You will be supported by a dedicated dental assistant, ensuring efficient workflows and an emphasis on patient care. Your Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), oral cancer screenings, and patient education. Optimize your schedule in collaboration with a dental assistant, managing sterilization and patient documentation effectively. Work with dentists to identify treatment needs and recommendations for patients. Maximize hygiene production by promoting preventive care and same-day treatment opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with patients through clear communication and personalized care. Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to ensure seamless patient experiences. Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education and peer collaboration. Qualifications: Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program and an active hygiene license in the state of practice. Current Anesthesia/Nitrous license (if applicable) and CPR/BLS certification. Comfort with digital charting and technology-driven dental care. Availability for full-time (32-40 hours/week) or part-time (2-3 days/week) positions, including Saturdays. Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to perform essential duties, including: Standing for extended periods during procedures. Manual dexterity for handling instruments and operating equipment. Effective communication with patients and team members.
