Schedule: Tuesday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Often starts at 6:30 AM) 4-day workweek No weekends Compensation & Benefits: $68-$70 per hour (commensurate with experience) 401(k) retirement plan Medical stipend (with proof of need) In-house dental care for you and your immediate family 6 paid holidays 2 weeks paid vacation Quarterly wellness days Uniform allowance Paid Continuing Education (CE) Team outings and appreciation events Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive patient education on oral hygiene and disease prevention Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis Conduct scaling and root planing (SRP) Utilize advanced dental technology, including iTero scanning Administer local anesthesia in accordance with WA State licensure Assist with composite restorations under dentist supervision Maintain clinical excellence and accurate documentation Qualifications: Active Washington State Registered Dental Hygienist license Current certifications in Radiographs and Dental anesthesia Experience with composite restorations preferred Strong communication and patient engagement skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Ideal Candidate: Passionate about preventive dentistry and patient education Reliable, ethical, and detail-oriented A positive team player who supports practice growth Coachable and committed to ongoing professional development Strong time management skills If you're a Registered Dental Hygienist seeking competitive pay, a predictable schedule, and outstanding benefits, we encourage you to apply today!
