The Opportunity This is an as-needed (PRN) position designed for a seasoned professional who can jump right in and provide exceptional care. We are looking for someone to provide coverage at our Germantown and Eads offices, ensuring our patients receive consistent, high-quality preventative care. What You'll Do Clinical Mastery: Perform precision scaling, polishing, and periodontal charting. Diagnostics: Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including oral cancer screenings and diagnostic x-rays. Patient Education: Provide individualized hygiene instructions and nutrition counseling. Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to infection control, HIPAA, and OSHA protocols. What We're Looking For Proven Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred; prior experience is required. At this time, we are not seeking new graduates for this PRN role. Licensure: Current, valid Tennessee RDH license with required Nitrous Oxide and Anesthesia credentials. Certification: Active CPR/BLS certification.
