Dental Hygienist

Position Availability: Full-time: Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Thursday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM Part-time: Hours negotiable within the above schedule Key Responsibilities: Perform routine dental hygiene procedures and preventive care Conduct patient assessments and periodontal charting Educate patients on effective oral hygiene and preventive dental care Assist with recare follow-up and enhance patient communication Utilize dental lasers as part of treatment when applicable Ensure sterilization of instruments and maintain infection control protocols Support treatment flow and assist team members as needed Maintain accurate patient documentation using Dentrix Qualifications: Valid Dental Hygienist license Strong communication and patient education skills Dependable, team-oriented mindset Commitment to providing excellent patient care Open to candidates with varying levels of experience Compensation and Benefits: Competitive pay: $40-$50 per hour, based on experience Medical, vision, and dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid holidays and PTO Bonus programs This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established practice with a strong team culture and a supportive environment.
