The 18,000-square-foot facility features state-of-the-art emergency healthcare serving the residents of East Orange County open 24-7. * The 24-bed ED includes an urgent care track to diagnose and treat non-emergent cases more efficiently, an observation unit to closely monitor care for up to 24 hours, and offers emergent care supported by ground transportation if specialty care is needed. * We are proud to be revolutionizing healthcare with visionary leadership and world-class resources. Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week Shift: Mid-shift, 11:00 am - 11:00 pm (with weekend rotation) Primary Job Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients. * Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary. * Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions. * Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance. * Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. What You'll Need to Succeed: * Associate of Science degree in Nursing * Current State of Florida or Multistate licensure as a Registered Nurse * Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification * Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification * Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification Physical Requirements: (Please click the link below to view work requirements) Physical Requirements - Pay Range: $31.53 - $52.24 This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
