If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in precision, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is an opportunity to contribute to products that support critical aerospace operations.About the RoleAs an Assembler , you will perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, testing, fabrication, and inspection tasks that help ensure a consistent flow of production. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will support the creation of reliable aerospace components while maintaining safety and efficiency in the production environment.This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with tools, interpreting technical instructions, and contributing to a team that values accuracy and craftsmanship.What You'll DoIn this role, you will: Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and written instructions Perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, fabrication, testing, and inspection operations Operate hand tools, electrical tools, cutters, measuring equipment, and other light production equipment Maintain inventory of parts and materials at workstations to support workflow Conduct quality checks to ensure assembled products meet specifications Identify and document product defects and assist with corrective actions Rework or repair assembled products in accordance with engineering specification updates Ensure all work is completed in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support overall production flow in both standard and non-standard work environments Required Qualifications High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience In the absence of a High School Diploma or GED, 3 years of relevant experience is required Ability to read and follow technical instructions, blueprints, and diagrams Experience using hand tools and basic measuring equipment Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments Familiarity with electro-mechanical assembly processes Experience performing product inspections or quality checks Apply TodayIf you are a detail-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on work and wants to contribute to the aerospace industry, we encourage you to apply.Join PDS Tech Commercial and help build the products that keep the aerospace industry moving forward.This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
