About the Job General Dentist - Upper Arlington, OhioPosition Summary A privately owned, non-DSO dental practice in Upper Arlington is seeking a motivated General Dentist to join its established, high-performing clinical team. This opportunity offers strong clinical autonomy, a productive full-spectrum case mix, and a clear path toward long-term growth and potential partnership. Compensation & Benefits:1099 Independent Contractor Daily guarantee for the first 90 days, transitioning to 33%-35% of collections Largely Fee-For-Service practice with limited PPO participation Opportunity for future partnership/ownership Established patient base with strong production opportunity Schedule:4-day work week No evenings or weekends required Practice Overview:Privately owned practice (not part of a DSO) with a strong reputation in the community. Modern, technology-driven environment offering full-spectrum dentistry including implant systems. Supported by an experienced team including seasoned hygienists and administrative staff. Consistent patient demand and infrastructure in place to support continued growth. Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions. Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans. Provide restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, and bridges. Perform extractions, root canal therapy, and minor surgical procedures as appropriate. Interpret radiographs and diagnostic findings to guide treatment. Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention, and post-treatment care. Prescribe medications and manage infections or discomfort when indicated. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient patient flow and a positive clinical experience. Qualifications:DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Active or eligible Ohio dental license. Current CPR certification. Strong attention to detail and patient-focused communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a productive clinical setting. Commitment to clinical excellence and professional development.
