Minimum of 2 years of shipping clerk experience in a warehouse environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Good organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Occasional walking within the warehouse to verify shipments or inventory Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Why This Opportunity? Responsibilities Enter and maintain inventory and shipping/receiving data within the warehouse management system (GUI) Generate and process reports related to shipments, orders, and inventory Verify and reconcile invoices, bills of lading, and shipment documentation Manage inventory records and workflow tracking Communicate with warehouse staff to resolve discrepancies and clarify instructions Assist with order tracking, returns processing, and quality checks Maintain organized and accurate records of shipments, returns, and documentation Provide additional administrative support as needed Friendly.
