Job Title: Cable Assembly TechnicianJob DescriptionJoin our dynamic Cable Cell team, where you will contribute to building and assembling cables with precision and care. Our efficient batching method ensures smooth workflow, allowing you to work on various tasks such as cutting, stripping, crimping, or soldering wires. You will have the opportunity to be trained across different stations, ensuring diversity in your daily activities.Responsibilities Build cables from scratch, ensuring high quality and precision. Perform soldering tasks if you hold IPC 610 or 620 certifications or obtain certification through company-provided training. Rotate between stations to perform cutting, stripping, and crimping tasks. Engage in mechanical and electronic assembly. Utilize hand tools and torque wrenches effectively. Maintain accurate documentation and follow blueprints and standard operating procedures. Use computers to assist in assembly processes. Essential Skills Experience in cable/wire assembly or soldering. Familiarity with medical assembly, blueprints, torque wrenches, and documentation. Competence in wire stripping, cable harnessing, wire cutting, cable crimping, and soldering. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to pay attention to detail and follow instructions meticulously.
