A-Line Staffing is now hiring a “Nurse Practitioner Float – MC in Creve Coeur, MO”, please contact Staffing Manager, Tiona Scroggins @ Location: Creve Coeur, MO 63141 Position Type: Temp-to-perm (opportunity to extend or convert to permanent based on business needs) Assignment Dates: 03/02/2026 – 08/29/2026 (expected to be a year-long assignment) Pay Rate: $74.87/hr (weekly pay) Work Schedule: 60–70 hours per two-week pay period; weekdays generally 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch; every other weekend required Work Setting: In-person, patient-facing role; onsite as needed Residency Requirement: Candidates must live in Missouri Position Summary The Nurse Practitioner Float will work collaboratively with a dedicated clinical care team to provide high-quality, evidence-based primary and family care to a panel of patients. The role focuses on accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, chronic condition management, and disposition planning to achieve positive patient outcomes. This position reports to the Practice Manager. Key Responsibilities Provide primary and family evidence-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic health conditions Deliver health counseling, preventive care, and disposition planning Conduct routine examinations and diagnostic testing to support patient care decisions Encourage patient engagement in healthcare through health screenings, behavioral health and wellness services, and chronic condition management Collaborate frequently with a clinical care team and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive plans of care Perform administrative duties including opening/closing the clinic, inventory management, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and maintaining a clean clinical environment Manage patient appointments and documentation using electronic systems Operate independently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance Qualifications & Requirements Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program Current National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner Active State of Missouri license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role Minimum of 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family medicine or primary care preferred; otherwise, successful completion of a primary care training program Verifiable High School Diploma or GED Candidate questionnaire must be included on the resume Working knowledge of quality measurement and chronic disease management Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to solve problems independently Ability to practice autonomously without direct supervision Proficiency with information management systems and healthcare technology Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure Capacity to collaborate regularly with professional colleagues to ensure quality patient care Additional Information All positions are designated as safety sensitive DEA registration is not required for Missouri Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment; 401(k) eligibility with company match after 1 year of service INDKS
