Warehouse Associate

Receiving and pulling freight, housekeeping, sweeping and taking out trash, cleaning the yard. Loading and unloading trucks. Waterworks division, which specializes in sewer and underground piping. We work closely with contractors in commercial settings, supplying large pipes for major commercial projects. Our customers include public and private water and sewer authorities, utility contractors, public works departments, heavy highway contractors, stormwater professionals, landscape architects, and more. Must haves: 1 year of recent warehouse/sit down forklift exp. No more than 3 months gap in work history Professional as candidate could be customer facing 1 year of Outlook, excel, teams and word. Manager may not conduct interviews. She would like to have the opportunity to review resumes and make an offer based of experience. Qualifications: A background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred. Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it. Sit down forklift Operator experience is required. Comfortable with heavy lifting from 50-75 lbs and heavier loads with forklifts Stand, bend, lift, pull, twist for a full 8 hour shift. Working outdoors in all weather conditions Responsibilities: Pull and prepare orders for shipment. Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material. Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times.
