They work with individuals experiencing mental health and substance use issues, contributing to their well-being and recovery. The clinician collaborates with other professionals and community partners to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Cases involve persistent mental illnesses with co-occurrences, including Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, and Depression. Initial patient visits require 1.5 hours, while repeat patient visits/medication management take 30 minutes. 5-10 patients per day.
