Job Title: Warehouse Associate Pay Rate: $15 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Position Type: Temp to Hire Job Description: We're looking for a dependable individual to assist with general warehouse upkeep and support daily operations. This role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace while handling basic material tasks. Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance inside the facility, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash. Keep exterior areas clear of debris, glass, and trash. Prep and strip stretch wrap from pallets as needed. Clean up spilled or damaged pallets and restack materials safely. Stretch-wrap finished pallets for shipment. Remove and dispose of damaged inventory properly. Install air bags in loaded trailers to secure freight. Assist with repack and rework projects as needed. Complete other duties as assigned by warehouse management. Requirements: Must have reliable personal transportation to ensure flexibility in reporting to any of the company's nearby work sites as needed.
