This opportunity is suited for experienced CDL-A drivers who prefer assigned equipment, organized operations, and steady freight flow within established lanes. Job Type: Regional CDL-A Truck Driver Weekly Pay: $1,325 to $1,525 per week Schedule: Two days off every other week Freight: 100% no-touch refrigerated freight moving through regional customer networks Drivers in this operation haul temperature-controlled freight using late-model equipment assigned to support driver comfort and operational reliability. Dispatch teams coordinate freight planning to keep drivers moving through scheduled lanes while minimizing unnecessary delays between loads. Equipment: Drivers operate Kenworth T-680 automatic tractors equipped with auxiliary power units, power inverters, refrigerators, and Bluetooth capability. Units are fitted with outward-facing cameras only. SmartTruck UT6 aerodynamic trailers are utilized to improve stability and fuel efficiency. When suitable parking is available, tractors may be parked at the driver's residence between runs. Operations: Regional freight lanes primarily operate east of I-35. Freight assignments include a combination of drop-and-hook loads and scheduled live load appointments. Dispatch planning focuses on maintaining steady weekly mileage while supporting consistent routing through the regional freight network. Compensation: Drivers earn $1,325 and $1,525 per week based on dispatched miles and operational activity. A $3,000 sign-on incentive is available. Additional accessorial pay and performance-based quarterly compensation may apply when operational conditions qualify. Benefits: Health coverage options including medical, vision, and prescription plans become available after 90 days of employment. Life insurance options are available. Paid time off begins accruing after one year of service, with holiday compensation beginning after 90 days. A 401(k) retirement savings plan becomes available following one year of employment.
