Distribution Supervisor Nirvana Cannabis | Wholesale HUB Full-Time Position Overview Nirvana Cannabis is seeking an experienced Distribution Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cannabis distribution team. This role is responsible for supervising distribution technicians, coordinating delivery schedules, and ensuring the efficient and compliant distribution of cannabis products to retail locations and dispensaries. The Distribution Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency by overseeing order preparation, monitoring deliveries, and supporting inventory accuracy. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities In this role, you will lead the distribution team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring team members follow company procedures and regulatory requirements. You will help train new technicians on distribution workflows, safety protocols, and compliance expectations while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for coordinating delivery schedules and routes, overseeing order preparation to ensure accuracy, and monitoring delivery operations to ensure products are handled properly and arrive on time. This role also supports inventory management through routine inventory counts, stock rotation, and reconciliation of discrepancies to maintain accurate records. Additionally, you will help ensure quality control standards are maintained during packaging, handling, and transportation while working closely with production, inventory, and quality assurance teams to address any issues that arise. The position also involves communicating with retail partners and dispensaries to address delivery concerns and maintain strong professional relationships. Qualifications Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience in distribution, logistics, warehouse operations, or transportation. At least 23 years of supervisory experience is required. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage teams and workflows effectively. Experience with inventory management systems, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and knowledge of cannabis distribution regulations are strongly preferred. Work Environment & Schedule This position operates in a warehouse and distribution environment and may require frequent standing, walking, and lifting of up to 50 pounds. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. Schedules may vary depending on operational needs and may include evenings, weekends, or holidays. A valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required for operating company delivery vehicles.
