Description Night Warehouse Receiving - Aurora CO What you will do: The Receiving Clerk is responsible for processing, inspecting, and documenting all incoming shipments to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely flow of materials. This role supports warehouse operations by verifying deliveries, updating inventory systems, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or issues with received goods. In This Role, You’ll: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of materials, products, and supplies. Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices. Document and record all incoming goods in the warehouse management or ERP system. Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or missing items to supervisors or purchasing. Label and route received items to proper storage locations. Maintain organized receiving areas, ensuring safety and efficiency. Assist with inventory counts and support inventory control processes as needed. Communicate professionally with delivery drivers, vendors, and internal departments. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified). Follow all company safety guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards. What You’ll Bring: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of warehouse, receiving, and data entry experience Experience using a stand-up forklift and reach truck Experience working in a freezer/cooler with temperatures below 0 degrees Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs., possibly consistently Strong attention to detail and data accuracy; confident with Excel and inventory systems preferred Experience with JDE/JDA inventory management systems Clear communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams The Schedule & Setting: Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler, and freezer zones) Starts at 12 a.m. and ends at 10:30 a.m. (Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday), working until the work is completed. Pay & Benefits: Starting pay: $19.98/hr. - 25.19/hr.
